For some time, Dani García had been considering a collaboration with a major fashion brand, inspired by successful examples in beach restaurants outside Spain. He believed that a similar partnership could work wonders in Marbella.
The opportunity for this unique collaboration on the Costa del Sol arose through the Mosh group and the renowned Italian fashion giant, Dolce & Gabbana. These three pillars now support the grand return of La Cabane, the iconic beach club in Los Monteros, Marbella, which is reopening its doors under the ownership of the real estate investment company Stoneweg.
Excited about this ambitious project and his first beach club concept, Dani García expressed his admiration for the magical setting. Working together with Mosh, his group was responsible for the redesign and management, transforming the gastronomy and entertainment offerings, including daily performances and resident DJs.
The concept of the beach club draws inspiration from Mediterranean Italy, with Dolce & Gabbana playing a central role. The setting envelops guests in the Dolce & Gabbana universe, as evident in the menu designed by García, which emphasizes simplicity and quality ingredients. The menu offers an array of delightful options, from risottos and mozzarella to caviar and a raw bar featuring an assortment of fish and seafood. Naturally, pasta and pizza options are also available, and the Dolci Room offers an exclusive dessert experience.
Thrilled about the collaboration, García sees endless possibilities for the evolution of this “new gastronomic language.” With nearly twenty restaurants worldwide, his international expansion plan includes destinations such as Dubai, Miami, Amsterdam, and Budapest in the coming months, in addition to the new Tragabuches and Lobito de Mar in Madrid.
